Business Licenses Required for Labuah Free Zone Company Setup

Labuah free zone company formation requires companies to avail any of the following trade licenses:

  • Labuah FTZ Consulting & Service License – This Labuah free zone license allows one to perform activities like freight forwarding, marketing, consulting, industrial development, accounting, social welfare, insurance, opening food outlets or catering, providing logistical support, etc.
  • Labuah FTZ Commercial License – This license allows companies to perform activities like goods or product consolidation, storage or warehousing, import, export, and distribution.
  • Labuah FTZ Industrial License – After getting the clearance from Labuah FTZ Feasibility and environmental impact studies, this license allows companies to import & process raw materials, manufacture, assemble, package, and export finished products.
